Terms of Service (Mollu.pl)

Welcome to the Mollu.pl online store. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, the placement of orders for our luxury pet blankets, and the execution of sales contracts. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and the Mollu brand. By making a purchase in our store, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions and Seller Details

2. Definitions

• Store – the online store available at www.mollu.pl.
• Customer – any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
• Consumer – a natural person making a purchase unrelated directly to their business or professional activity.
• Product – a premium luxury pet blanket available in the store, crafted from 100% merino wool with a custom artisan edge stitching.

3. Placing and Fulfilling Orders

• All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (inclusive of applicable taxes) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or another currency selected by the Customer. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are clearly indicated during the checkout process.
• Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online order form hosted on the Shopify platform.
• A sales contract is considered concluded the moment the Customer receives an automated email from the Store confirming that the order has been accepted for processing.
• Standard order processing time (preparing the product for shipment) is 1 to 3 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description (e.g., for custom or limited-edition items).

4. Payment Methods

Mollu offers secure, fully encrypted payment methods. The Customer may choose from the following forms of payment during checkout:

• Electronic payments and card payments processed through authorized integrated payment gateways (including credit/debit cards, fast online bank transfers, and mobile payment systems).
• Mobile wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay).
• All orders must be paid for in advance. The Store does not support cash-on-delivery (COD) services for international or domestic shipments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery of Products is available within the territory of Poland and selected international destinations via specialized courier services.
• Shipping fees are covered by the Customer unless specified otherwise by temporary promotional terms in the Store. Detailed delivery rates and timeframes can be found under the "Shipping Policy" tab.

6. Returns and Complaints

The rules regarding a Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract (14-day return period) and the procedures for submitting complaints due to product non-conformity are detailed in a separate document: Refund and Returns Policy, which is accessible in the Store's footer.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyrights

All materials published on Mollu.pl, including product descriptions, the unique color architecture, custom signature blanket edge stitching designs, photographs, logos, and graphic layouts, are the intellectual property of the Mollu brand and are fully protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use without express prior written consent from the owner is strictly prohibited.

8. Final Provisions

• Mollu reserves the right to introduce amendments to these Terms of Service for valid reasons (e.g., changes in applicable laws, updates to shipping or payment methods). Orders placed prior to the effective date of any changes shall be governed by the version of the Terms active on the day the order was placed.
• For any matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, relevant provisions of Polish and European consumer protection laws shall apply.
